4. Inboxless Service Terms
The following terms apply specifically to the Inboxless email analysis and cleanup service.
4.1 Service Features
Inboxless helps you:
Analyze your Gmail inbox to understand email sources and patterns
Identify newsletters, notifications, and bulk senders
Clean up unwanted emails through batch deletion
Unsubscribe from mailing lists with one click
4.2 Gmail Access Permission
Inboxless requires the gmail.modify permission to function. This permission allows Inboxless to:
Read your email messages and metadata
Delete emails when you explicitly request it
Modify email labels (trash, archive)
Your Control: Inboxless will never automatically delete or modify your emails. All destructive actions require your explicit confirmation.
4.3 Irreversible Actions Warning
WARNING: Deleting emails is permanent and irreversible.
Once emails are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Before performing delete operations:
Review the selected emails carefully
Consider using "Archive" instead of "Delete" first
Back up important emails before cleanup
Start with a small batch to test
4.4 Service Limitations
Please be aware of the following limitations:
Gmail Only: Inboxless currently supports Gmail accounts only
API Limits: Gmail API rate limits may affect processing speed for large mailboxes
Analysis Accuracy: Email categorization is based on heuristics and may not be 100% accurate
Desktop App: Inboxless is a desktop application (macOS); web version is for development testing only
4.5 Data Handling
Inboxless processes your email data locally on your device. Your emails are:
Never uploaded to our servers
Never stored in any database
Immediately discarded when you close the application
Lawful Use: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account and notify us of any unauthorized use
Accurate Information: Provide accurate information and keep it updated
Respectful Use: Not attempt to circumvent security measures or interfere with service operation
No Abuse: Not use our services to send spam, malware, or engage in any harmful activities
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
6.1 Service Provided "As Is"
Zenivy services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenivy and Nextora shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
6.3 Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Gmail). We are not responsible for:
Changes to third-party APIs or services
Third-party service outages or limitations
Third-party terms of service or privacy practices
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Zenivy services are owned by or licensed to Nextora.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
You retain ownership of your own data (e.g., your emails)
By using our services, you do not acquire any ownership rights to our intellectual property
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may stop using our services at any time by:
Uninstalling the application
Revoking OAuth authorization in your Google Account settings
Contacting us to delete your account
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms of Service
Your use poses a security risk
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use our services will cease immediately
We will delete any data associated with your account (per our Privacy Policy)
Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
